History
Formerly the Fromagerie du Vallage, this site produced Brie de Meaux. Philippe Delin decided to take it over during a visit to buy second-hand equipment.
He joined forces with Fabrice Fairise, a former classmate and friend, to launch Les Fromagers de Chevillon in 2006.
Over the following 10 years, several brands were created and developed for export, including Domaine du Vallage and Chevillon.
Today, 75% of our turnover is from exports and we have experienced dynamic development (in 13 years increased our turnover by €2 million in).
In 2021, Philippe Delin has launched the construction of a new site for the Fromagers de Chevillon, thus tripling their production capacity, thanks to the commitment of the town hall of Chevillon, the department of Haute-Marne and the FEADER.
At the end of 2022, Haute-Marne milk is launched.
