This soft cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk is filled with 3% summer truffle. Its texture is creamy, on the palate there are notes of cream, mushroom and truffled milk.
Our cheeses are molded with a ladle.
Chevillon cream exists in formats: 100 grams or 200 grams.
